1. Description

This product is a high-end environmentally friendly simulation combined polyether developed for high-end customized wood-like furniture, adopting advanced formula optimization technology, compounded by high-purity polyether polyol, environment-friendly physical foaming agent, high-efficiency composite catalyst and special wood grain simulation additive. The product is a light yellow transparent viscous liquid, odorless, non-toxic, and meets the national green building and high-end furniture environmental protection standards. It has ultra-low VOC emissions (residual monomer concentration can be lower than 2ppm) and high whiteness, and the rigid polyurethane foam formed by reaction with isocyanate has a delicate texture, clear wood grain, and is highly similar to natural solid wood. It also has excellent wear resistance, scratch resistance, anti-aging and dimensional stability, and can be directly painted without secondary processing. The product has stable performance, controllable foaming process, and is suitable for high-end customized wood-like furniture that pursues natural texture and environmental protection performance.

It is suitable for precision molding processes such as vacuum casting and precision pressing, and the formed products have clear wood grain, delicate hand feel, and are not easy to deform, crack or fade. They can be directly used after simple polishing, without painting or other secondary processing, which greatly improves the production efficiency and product grade. It is especially suitable for furniture manufacturers that focus on environmental protection, natural texture and high product added value, and can meet the high requirements of high-end consumers for wood-like furniture.

4. Storage

1. Storage Environment: Store in a clean, cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, the storage temperature is controlled at 8℃~30℃, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humid environment, away from fire, heat sources and corrosive substances, and prevent dust and moisture from entering the package.

2. Storage Period: Under sealed and intact packaging conditions, the storage period is 6 months from the date of production. If it exceeds the storage period, it is necessary to re-inspect indicators such as viscosity, hydroxyl value and VOC emission, and it can be used only after passing the inspection.

3. Other Requirements: The product is packaged in food-grade sealed plastic drums, which should be handled with care during storage and transportation to avoid collision, extrusion and package damage; it should be used up within 3 days after opening, and the unused part should be tightly sealed and stored in a low-temperature dry environment to prevent VOC volatilization and performance degradation; wear professional protective equipment during operation, keep the operating environment ventilated, and avoid long-term contact and inhalation.
