This product is a special low-temperature weather-resistant combined polyether, developed for the insulation needs of pipelines in cryogenic and severe cold environments. It is compounded with optimally proportioned polyether polyols, high-efficiency low-temperature catalysts and composite flame-retardant foaming agents, drawing on the core technology of cryogenic insulation solutions. The product is a light yellow transparent liquid with moderate viscosity, and the reaction speed with isocyanate is controllable. The rigid polyurethane foam formed has excellent low-temperature resistance (minimum bearing temperature of -162℃), no embrittlement or cracking at low temperature, extremely low thermal conductivity, and excellent flame retardancy and anti-aging performance. It is environmentally friendly and odorless, suitable for long-term stable operation of low-temperature pipelines, and can meet the insulation needs of LPG/LEG/LNG low-temperature pipelines in marine and onshore terminals.

This product is specially designed for low-temperature and severe cold environments, mainly used in: cryogenic pipelines (LNG/LPG/LEG transportation pipelines), heating pipelines in polar/alpine regions, low-temperature chemical raw material transportation pipelines, cold storage supporting pipelines, refrigerated truck pipelines, etc. It is especially suitable for LPG/LEG/LNG spraying insulation and anti-corrosion integrated projects in the marine field. At the same time, it can be used for insulation and cold preservation of urban central heating pipe networks and low-temperature energy storage pipelines in severe cold regions. It can effectively prevent pipelines from freezing and cracking and condensation due to low temperature, ensure stable operation of pipelines in the range of -162℃~50℃, and adapt to two construction modes: on-site spraying and factory prefabrication.
1. Storage Environment: The warehouse temperature is controlled at 5℃~30℃ to avoid freezing at low temperature (after freezing, it needs to be slowly heated to room temperature, stirred evenly and inspected before use). It should be away from fire and heat sources, well-ventilated, and avoid direct sunlight and humid environment.
2. Storage Period: Under sealed conditions, the storage period is 6 months. Beyond the period, indicators such as viscosity, hydroxyl value and moisture content need to be inspected, and it can be used only after passing the inspection.
3. Other Requirements: The packaging is sealed iron drums or plastic drums. Handle with care during transportation to avoid package damage; it should be used up within 3 days after opening, and the unused part should be sealed and placed in a low-temperature and dry place; do a good job of protection during operation to avoid skin and eye contact. If it splashes into the eyes accidentally, rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes and then seek medical attention.
