
This product is a high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly combined polyether, developed based on a new formula. It optimizes the ratio of polyether polyol and phthalic anhydride polyester polyol, and is compounded with high-efficiency catalysts and composite physical foaming agents. It is formaldehyde-free and low in VOC emissions, complying with national green building standards and environmental protection policy guidelines. The product is a light yellow viscous liquid with uniform foaming. The rigid polyurethane foam formed by reaction with isocyanate has extremely low thermal conductivity and high insulation efficiency, as well as excellent compressive strength, chemical corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. The aging performance is stable, and the service life can reach 25-30 years under normal use conditions. It is suitable for high-end pipeline insulation projects with high requirements on environmental protection, energy saving and performance, and is the preferred raw material for green and energy-saving pipeline insulation.

This product is suitable for high-end pipeline insulation scenarios with high requirements on environmental protection, energy saving and performance, including: central air conditioning pipelines and water supply and drainage pipelines of high-end office buildings, hotels, hospitals and other buildings; crude oil and refined oil transportation pipelines in the petrochemical industry, process pipelines in chemical parks; steam pipelines of thermal power plants and cooling pipelines of nuclear power plants in the power industry; supporting pipelines of green buildings, etc. It can adopt construction methods such as spraying and casting, and is suitable for factory prefabricated insulation pipes and on-site pipeline insulation layer construction. It is especially suitable for projects with strict requirements on VOC emissions and insulation efficiency. It can effectively reduce pipeline heat loss, help achieve the dual carbon goal, and has good chemical corrosion resistance, adapting to complex industrial environments.
1. Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, with the temperature controlled at 10℃~35℃, away from fire and heat sources, avoiding direct sunlight and humidity, and strictly prohibiting mixed storage with toxic, harmful and corrosive substances.
2. Storage Period: Under sealed conditions, the storage period is 6 months. Beyond the storage period, indicators such as VOC content, viscosity and thermal conductivity need to be inspected, and it can be used only after passing the inspection.
3. Other Requirements: The product is hermetically packaged. It should be used up in time after opening. The unused part should be re-sealed to prevent moisture absorption and VOC volatilization; avoid violent collision during transportation to prevent package damage; wear protective equipment during operation, keep the operating environment ventilated, and avoid long-term contact and inhalation.
