QH-8310 Low-Temperature Special Spray Rigid Foam Polyether (Suitable for Cold Storage and Low-Temperature Buildings)

1. Description

This product is a low-temperature special rigid foam polyether polyol, made from glycerol and propylene glycol via special polymerization. It has good low-temperature fluidity, can foam above -25℃, with excellent low-temperature stability and insulation, suitable for cold storage and low-temperature buildings.

Core application scenarios:

• Cold Storage Insulation: Food/medical cold storage and cold chain warehouses, maintaining low temperature and reducing energy consumption.
• Low-Temperature Buildings: Civil/industrial buildings in northern severe cold areas, with stable performance.
• Low-Temperature Pipeline Insulation: Pipelines in cold storage, preventing frosting and heat loss.
• Extended Applications: Insulation of refrigerated containers and low-temperature transportation equipment.
• Construction Instructions: Mix with low-temperature special isocyanate at 1:1 (25℃), spray with high-pressure equipment. Construction temperature ≥-5℃; comply with GB 50404-2017.

4. Storage

• Storage Environment: Cool, ventilated (5-30℃), avoid freezing; with fire-fighting and explosion-proof facilities.
• Packaging: 200L sealed iron drums, marked with low-temperature warnings.
• Shelf Life: 6 months; thaw and test if frozen.
• Transportation: Take insulation measures, handle with care, no mixing with oxidants/acid.
• Others: Wear protective equipment; rinse with water if in contact with skin; dispose of waste properly.
