QH-450A Building Spray Rigid Foam Polyether (Suitable for Ordinary Civil/Industrial Buildings)

1. Description

This product is a general-purpose rigid foam polyether polyol, made from sucrose and glycerol as initiators polymerized with propylene oxide. It is a colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid, non-toxic and non-flammable (GB 8624-2012 Class B2), with good adhesion, thermal insulation and dimensional stability. It is suitable for various building substrates and widely used in building spray insulation.

Core application scenarios:

• Civil Buildings: External wall and roof spray insulation of residential buildings, office buildings, etc., reducing energy consumption.
• Industrial Buildings: Wall and roof insulation of workshops and warehouses, with corrosion resistance and stable insulation performance.
• Auxiliary Applications: Simple insulation of pipelines, storage tanks and wood-like insulation product production.
• Construction Instructions: Mix with isocyanate at 1:1 (25℃), spray with high-pressure equipment. Construction temperature: 10~40℃, wind speed ≤5m/s, humidity <75%. Comply with GB 50404-2017.

4. Storage

• Storage Environment: Cool, ventilated, dry (5-35℃), away from fire, with explosion-proof facilities.
• Packaging: 200L sealed iron drums, marked with product information.
• Shelf Life: 6 months under standard storage conditions; qualified test required after expiration.
• Transportation: Handle with care, no mixing with oxidants/acid, comply with national regulations.
• Others: Regularly check drum tightness; dispose of waste properly.
