QH-450K High-End Flame-Retardant Building Rigid Foam Polyether (Suitable for Buildings with High Fire Protection Requirements)

1. Description

This product is a high-end flame-retardant rigid foam polyether polyol, made from sorbitol and amines with flame-retardant additives. It is a light yellow viscous liquid, with excellent flame retardancy (GB 8624-2012 Class B1), high closed-cell rate and waterproof performance, suitable for high fire-protection requirement buildings.

• High-Rise Buildings: High-rise residential buildings and offices, delaying fire spread and ensuring energy conservation.
• Key Projects: Airports, hospitals and schools, meeting strict fire protection and insulation requirements.
• Special Industrial Buildings: Chemical plants and dangerous goods warehouses, with flame retardancy and corrosion resistance.
• Extended Applications: Production of high flame-retardant polyurethane insulation boards.
• Construction Instructions: Mix with special flame-retardant isocyanate at 1:1 (25℃), spray with high-pressure equipment. Comply with GB 50404-2017; set no-fire area on site.

• Storage Environment: Special cool warehouse (5-30℃), away from fire, with fire-fighting and explosion-proof facilities.
• Packaging: 200L corrosion-resistant sealed drums, marked with flame-retardant warnings.
• Shelf Life: 6 months; test flame retardancy and hydroxyl value after expiration.
• Transportation: Dangerous goods qualified vehicle, no mixing with flammables/oxidants.
• Others: Wear protective equipment; rinse with water if in contact with skin/eyes; dispose of waste properly.
