QH-8246 Low-Temperature Resistant Sandwich Panel Rigid Foam Polyether (Suitable for Cold Storage/Cold Chain Sandwich Panels)
1. Description
This product is a special rigid foam polyether polyol for low-temperature sandwich panels, made from glycerol and propylene glycol via special polymerization, added with low-temperature resistance modifiers. It is a light yellow to yellow viscous liquid, with good low-temperature fluidity, can foam normally above -25℃, and the foamed product has excellent low-temperature stability, dimensional stability and thermal insulation performance. It has strong bonding force with cold storage sandwich panels, no brittle fracture at low temperature, and is suitable for the production of sandwich panels in cold storage, cold chain warehouses and low-temperature environments.

3. Application
Core application scenarios:
- Cold Storage Insulation: Production of sandwich panels for food, medical and chemical cold storage, which can maintain low temperature stability, reduce energy consumption and prevent foam brittle fracture at low temperature.
- Cold Chain Warehouses: Sandwich panels for cold chain logistics centers and refrigerated warehouses, with good thermal insulation and moisture resistance, ensuring the quality of refrigerated goods.
- Low-Temperature Pipeline and Equipment: Sandwich panels for thermal insulation of low-temperature pipelines and refrigeration equipment, preventing frosting and heat loss.
- Extended Applications: Production of sandwich panels for refrigerated containers and low-temperature movable board houses, adapting to the low-temperature working environment.
- Construction Instructions: Mix with low-temperature special isocyanate at 1:1 (25℃), and use low-temperature adapted sandwich panel production line for pouring. Production temperature: ≥-5℃, avoid freezing during production; the foam curing time is ≥48h at low temperature. Comply with GB 50404-2017 and GB/T 23932-2009.
4. Storage
- Storage Environment: Cool, ventilated warehouse (5-30℃), strictly avoid freezing, keep away from fire and heat sources, and equipped with fire-fighting and explosion-proof facilities.
- Packaging: 200L sealed iron drums, marked with "Low-Temperature Resistant" and "Sandwich Panel Special" warnings and product information.
- Shelf Life: 6 months; if frozen during storage, it can be thawed at room temperature (natural thawing, no heating) and tested for performance before use.
- Transportation: Take insulation and anti-freezing measures, avoid low-temperature transportation, handle with care, do not mix with oxidants and acids, and comply with national transportation regulations.
- Others: Wear protective equipment during operation; rinse with water immediately if in contact with skin; properly dispose of waste materials and packaging drums to avoid environmental pollution.
