QHAL303 is a high-performance reactive tertiary amine gel catalyst specially developed for polyurethane (PU) formulation systems, positioned as a premium eco-friendly alternative to traditional A33 gel catalyst. As a reactive-type catalyst, it can covalently bond into the PU polymer matrix during the foaming and curing process, which fundamentally eliminates volatile residue and unpleasant amine odor, solving the core pain points of high volatility and strong irritating smell of conventional A33 catalyst.
This product delivers equivalent gel catalytic efficiency to standard A33 catalyst, with more balanced reaction control, better foam crosslinking effect and improved finished product stability. It features ultra-low volatility, zero residual odor, and low VOC emissions, fully meeting strict environmental and indoor application standards.
