QHB-523 Combined Polyether for Household Appliance Refrigeration

1. Description

This product is a special combined polyether for the household appliance refrigeration field, also known as two-component polyether, which is one of the core raw materials for rigid polyurethane foam. It is scientifically compounded with various components, including polyether monomers, foam stabilizers, crosslinking agents, catalysts, and environment-friendly foaming agents. At room temperature, it is a light yellow to brownish yellow viscous transparent liquid without mechanical impurities, featuring excellent fluidity, foaming stability, and demolding performance, which is suitable for the foaming of insulation layers for cabinets and doors of refrigerators, freezers, and other household appliances.

The product adopts an environment-friendly foaming system such as cyclopentane or HFC-245fa, which does not damage the ozone layer and has a low global warming potential (GWP), complying with the Kigali Amendment and the new national energy efficiency standards for household appliances in China. The rigid polyurethane foam formed after foaming has low thermal conductivity, uniform density, and good dimensional stability, which can effectively improve the refrigeration energy efficiency of household appliances and reduce energy consumption.

3. Application

This product is mainly used in the household appliance refrigeration field, and is mainly suitable for the foaming of rigid polyurethane foam insulation layers of various household and commercial refrigerators, freezers, refrigerated display cabinets and other products, including the insulation filling of refrigerator cabinets, doors and liners, as well as the overall insulation structure molding of commercial freezers.

It can meet the requirements of ultra-thin insulation layers (insulation layer thickness ≤30mm) for high-end energy-saving household appliances, and is compatible with the production processes of mainstream household appliance manufacturers such as Haier, Midea and Hisense. It can also be used for insulation foaming of small household refrigeration equipment (such as mini refrigerators and car refrigerators). It is compatible with various production methods such as multi-gun injection and reduced-pressure foaming, and the foaming parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to the production environment.

4. Storage

1. Storage Environment: The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources (strictly prohibited from approaching open flames and high-temperature equipment, with the temperature not exceeding 30℃), and shall be protected from direct sunlight and rain.

2. Sealing Requirement: The product packaging shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the mixing of moisture and impurities. After opening, the product shall be used up within 72 hours, and the unused part shall be sealed in a timely manner and added with a moisture-proof agent.

3. Handling Requirement: Handle with care during transportation to avoid packaging damage and leakage; severe impact and dumping are prohibited.

4. Taboos: Mixed storage and transportation with strong oxidants, acidic substances and alkaline substances are strictly prohibited; keep away from children and unrelated personnel.

5. Disposal of Expired Products: Products beyond the shelf life can be used only after passing the inspection; unqualified products shall be properly disposed of in accordance with the relevant regulations on hazardous waste, and random dumping is strictly prohibited.
