QHB-6610 Water-Blown Zero-ODP Blended Polyol for Rigid PU Foam Spray
Product Description
QHB-6610 is an innovative water-based blended polyol specially designed for rigid PU foam spray applications, with 100% water as the only blowing agent. It contains no any fluorocarbon substances, with ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) = 0 and extremely low GWP (Global Warming Potential), fully complying with the strictest international environmental protection regulations. Through special formulation optimization, the product effectively solves the problems of high thermal conductivity and easy shrinkage of traditional water-blown foam. When reacted with polymeric MDI, it forms rigid polyurethane foam with excellent thermal insulation performance, good dimensional stability, and no VOC emissions, making it ideal for projects with extremely high environmental protection requirements.

Application
- Public Buildings: External wall and roof insulation of public buildings with high environmental protection requirements, such as schools, hospitals, and office buildings.
- Transportation Vehicles: Insulation of enclosed spaces such as coaches, high-speed rail carriages, and ships, with no VOC emissions, effectively improving the air quality inside the vehicle.
- Food Industry: Insulation projects in clean production environments such as food processing plants, dairy factories, and wineries.
- Export Projects: Insulation projects for buildings and equipment exported to regions with strict environmental protection regulations, such as the European Union and North America.
- Old Building Renovation: Energy-saving renovation of historical buildings, avoiding potential damage to cultural relics caused by freon.
Storage & Transportation
- Control the storage temperature at 10–30℃, avoid product stratification due to too low temperature or accelerated reaction due to too high temperature.
- Stir regularly during storage to ensure uniform mixing of all components.
- The product is not sensitive to moisture, but still needs to be sealed for storage to prevent impurities from entering.
- Shelf life: 4 months. Due to the high reactivity of the water-blown system, it is recommended to use it as soon as possible.
- Avoid violent vibration during transportation to prevent packaging damage leading to moisture evaporation, which affects foaming performance.
