1. Description
Silicone Surfactants B8715 is a high-performance polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane surfactant specially developed for high-resilience (HR) polyurethane (PU) foam systems. It delivers excellent cell nucleation, uniform cell structure, stable foaming, and ideal open-cell formation, with low fogging and low emission characteristics. It offers wide processing latitude and good compatibility with TDI/MDI-based formulations, widely used in high-quality flexible molded foam and low-VOC PU applications.

- Store in sealed, dry, ventilated conditions at 5–35°C
- Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, heat sources, strong acids, and oxidizers
- Keep containers tightly closed to prevent contamination and hydrolysis
- Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage
- Packaging: 25 kg plastic drum / 200 kg steel drum / IBC tote
