Character and Application
QHS-8681 is an organic silicon surfactant designed for high resilience soft polyurethane foam. It is suitable for both common and flame-retardant modified high resilience as well as high resilience molding formulations. In the processing of high resilience block foam, QHS-8681 can provide excellent foam stability, a wide processing range, resulting in uniform foam structure, open pores and good air permeability, and reducing the foam's rebound and performance gradient. In high resilience molding, QHS-8681 also has the same efficacy. In water-based molding formulations with a large amount of water (low density), it can provide a wide processing range. For formulations prone to shear collapse, it can provide good foam stability. Under complex molds prone to shear collapse and flow difficulties, it can reduce the formation of cavities. It is suitable for TDI or TDI/MDI mixed systems.
