1. Description

This product is a high-end weather-resistant rigid foam polyether polyol for wood imitation, using sorbitol and amines as initiators, added with high-efficiency weather-resistant additives, wood texture simulation agents, anti-aging agents, and corrosion inhibitors. It is a light yellow viscous liquid, non-toxic, odorless, and meets EU ROHS and REACH environmental protection standards. It has excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, and water resistance, and the foamed product has a high degree of simulation with natural wood (texture, color, touch), high rigidity, excellent impact resistance and dimensional stability, and can resist long-term outdoor harsh environments (high temperature, heavy rain, UV radiation) without discoloration, cracking or deformation. It is compatible with special weather-resistant isocyanate, with stable foaming performance, and is suitable for high-end outdoor landscape wood imitation products that require long service life and high simulation.

Core application scenarios:

• High-End Outdoor Landscape Wood-Imitated Products: Production of outdoor wood-imitated planks, railings, pavilions, flower trellises, stone tables and chairs in scenic spots, parks and residential communities, with high simulation of natural wood, excellent weather resistance and long service life (≥10 years), avoiding the defects of natural wood (rot, moth-eaten).
• High-End Decoration Wood-Imitated Products: Production of high-end indoor and outdoor wood-imitated decorative panels, door and window frames, and wall decorations in star hotels, high-end communities and commercial plazas, with fine texture and consistent color, enhancing the decorative grade.
• Special Wood-Imitated Products: Production of wood-imitated components for marine landscape, coastal scenic spots and high-humidity environments, with excellent corrosion resistance and water resistance, adapting to harsh outdoor environments.
• Extended Applications: Production of high-end wood-imitated crafts, cultural relic restoration accessories, and outdoor advertising signs, with good machinability and dimensional stability, meeting the special requirements of high-end products.
• Construction Instructions: Mix with special weather-resistant isocyanate at 1:1.2 (25℃), add natural wood powder to enhance wood texture, pour into the precision mold and foam and cure. For outdoor large-scale products, pre-treat the mold to ensure the surface smoothness of the foamed product. Construction temperature: 15~35℃, humidity <70%; the foam curing time is ≥48h before demolding, and post-curing treatment (80℃, 2h) is recommended to improve weather resistance. Comply with GB 50210-2018 and GB/T 24508-2009, and strictly follow the construction process to ensure product performance.

4. Storage

• Storage Environment: Special cool and dry warehouse (5-30℃), away from fire, heat sources and direct sunlight, equipped with complete fire-fighting and explosion-proof facilities, and isolated from flammable and explosive materials. Avoid low-temperature freezing to prevent the failure of weather-resistant additives.
• Packaging: 200L corrosion-resistant sealed drums, marked with "High-End Weather-Resistant", "Wood Imitation Special", "Environmentally Friendly" warnings and product information, and attached with safety data sheet (SDS).
• Shelf Life: 6 months; after expiration, it is necessary to re-test weather resistance, hydroxyl value, bending strength and water absorption, and it can be used only after passing the test.
• Transportation: Use dangerous goods qualified vehicles, avoid high temperature and sun exposure, do not mix with flammables, oxidants and acids, and comply with national transportation regulations; take shockproof and anti-leakage measures, and avoid extrusion.
• Others: Operators must wear protective equipment (gloves, goggles, masks); if it splashes into eyes, rinse with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes and seek medical advice in time; waste materials and packaging drums must be disposed of in accordance with environmental protection regulations and fire safety requirements.
