1. Description

This product is a general-purpose economical combined polyether specially developed for wood-like furniture production, which is a two-component composite material compounded by scientific proportioning of polyether polyol, foaming agent, catalyst, foam stabilizer and other additives. The product is a light brown viscous liquid with slight characteristic odor, non-toxic and non-irritating, and has good fluidity and processability. When reacted with isocyanate (MDI), it can quickly form rigid polyurethane foam with wood-like texture, which has the advantages of high hardness, good machinability, strong impact resistance, and low production cost. It does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals, meeting the basic environmental protection requirements of furniture industry. The foaming speed can be adjusted according to the production line speed, which is suitable for mass production of ordinary wood-like furniture, with high cost performance and strong adaptability to various molding processes.

This product is mainly suitable for mass production of ordinary wood-like furniture and decorative parts, including: wood-like dining tables and chairs, coffee tables, TV cabinets, shoe cabinets, decorative wall panels, door frames, window sills, and various furniture accessories (such as handles, decorative strips). It is suitable for molding processes such as pouring, pressing and injection molding, and can be further processed by cutting, polishing, painting and pasting wood grain paper after molding, which is widely used in home furniture, office furniture, hotel furniture and other fields. It can replace solid wood and particleboard, reducing the use of wood resources, and has the advantages of low cost and stable quality, which is the preferred raw material for economical wood-like furniture manufacturers.

4. Storage

1. Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and rain, the storage temperature should be controlled at 10℃~35℃, away from fire, heat sources and strong oxidants, and prevent moisture absorption and pollution.

2. Storage Period: Under sealed conditions, the storage period is 6 months from the date of production. If it exceeds the storage period, all performance indicators need to be re-inspected, and it can be used only after passing the inspection.

3. Other Requirements: The product is packaged in sealed plastic drums or iron drums. During storage and transportation, avoid violent collision and dumping to prevent package damage; it should be used up within 7 days after opening, and the unused part should be tightly sealed and stored in a dry environment; wear protective gloves and masks during operation to avoid direct skin contact. If contact occurs accidentally, rinse with soapy water in time.
