QH-6205 Sandwich Panel Rigid Foam Polyether (Suitable for Ordinary Color Steel/rock Wool Sandwich Panels)

1. Description

This product is a general-purpose rigid foam polyether polyol specially developed for sandwich panel production, made from sucrose and glycerol as initiators polymerized with propylene oxide, combined with appropriate catalysts and foaming aids. It is a colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid, non-toxic and non-flammable (GB 8624-2012 Class B2), with excellent adhesion, thermal insulation and dimensional stability. It has good compatibility with isocyanate, fast foaming speed and uniform foam pore size, which can perfectly fit the upper and lower panels of sandwich panels (color steel plate, rock wool board), and is widely used in the production of ordinary civil and industrial sandwich panels.

3. Application

Core application scenarios:

  • Ordinary Civil Buildings: Production of color steel sandwich panels for external walls, roofs and partitions of residential buildings, office buildings and prefabricated houses, with good thermal insulation and sound insulation effects.
  • Industrial Buildings: Sandwich panels for workshops, warehouses and logistics centers, which are light in weight, high in strength and easy to install, reducing the overall load of the building.
  • Auxiliary Applications: Production of composite insulation panels for simple sheds, temporary buildings and movable board houses, adapting to the rapid construction needs.
  • Construction Instructions: Mix with ordinary isocyanate at 1:1 (25℃), and use sandwich panel continuous production line for pouring and foaming. Production temperature: 10~40℃, humidity <75%; the foam curing time is ≥24h before cutting and stacking. Comply with GB 50404-2017 and GB/T 23932-2009.

4. Storage

  • Storage Environment: Cool, ventilated, dry (5-35℃), away from fire and heat sources, with explosion-proof and fire-fighting facilities.
  • Packaging: 200L sealed iron drums, marked with "Sandwich Panel Special" and product information.
  • Shelf Life: 6 months under standard storage conditions; re-test the key indicators before use after expiration.
  • Transportation: Handle with care, avoid collision and leakage, do not mix with oxidants and acids, and comply with national dangerous goods transportation regulations.
  • Others: Regularly check the tightness of the drum; if it comes into contact with skin, rinse with plenty of water immediately; properly dispose of waste materials and packaging drums.
