QHA-90 is a high-performance, balanced blowing-gel catalyst specifically formulated for the production of flexible polyurethane slabstock foam. It is a modified triethylenediamine (TEDA)-based composite tertiary amine catalyst, engineered to deliver superior catalytic efficiency in methylene chloride (MC) blown foam systems. With 1.4 times the catalytic activity of Dabco 33LV, Dabco CS90 allows for a 40% reduction in dosage while maintaining equivalent or improved foam performance.
This catalyst effectively balances the water-isocyanate blowing reaction and the polyol-isocyanate gelation reaction, ensuring stable foam formation, uniform cell structure, and excellent process tolerance. It enhances foam openness, air permeability, and softness, making it suitable for a wide range of flexible foam applications, including medium-to-high density foams, high-resilience (HR) foams, and viscoelastic (memory) foams. Dabco CS90 is fully compatible with most conventional blowing agents, organotin catalysts, and polyol systems, ensuring seamless integration into existing production processes.
