1. Description

QHAD-225 is a delayed‑action tertiary amine catalyst specially developed for high‑resilience (HR) molded polyurethane foams in TDI and TDI/MDI blended systems. It balances blowing and cross‑linking reactions, improves flowability of reaction mixtures, shortens demolding time, and boosts line efficiency. It is widely used in high‑speed rotary table production lines while maintaining excellent foam physical properties and processing stability.

4. Storage

  • Store in original sealed containers in a cool, dry, well‑ventilated area
  • Recommended storage temperature: 5–35 °C; avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and freezing
  • Keep away from strong acids, strong alkalis, and oxidizing agents
  • Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions
  • If frozen, thaw to room temperature and stir well before use
  • Use proper ventilation during handling; avoid prolonged contact with skin and eyes
