1. Description

This product is a general-purpose economical combined polyether specially developed for ordinary passenger car seat production, which is a two-component composite material compounded by scientific proportioning of polyether polyol, foaming agent, composite catalyst, foam stabilizer and flame retardant additive. The product is a light yellow viscous liquid with slight characteristic odor, non-toxic and non-irritating, and has excellent fluidity and processability, which is suitable for large-scale automatic production lines of automobile seats. When reacted with isocyanate (MDI), it can quickly form flexible polyurethane foam with moderate softness and hardness, which has the advantages of good resilience, strong impact resistance, low production cost and stable performance. It meets the basic flame retardant and environmental protection requirements of automobile interior materials, and the foam has uniform pore size, good air permeability, and can effectively improve the riding comfort of automobile seats. It is widely used in the production of ordinary passenger car seats, with high cost performance and strong adaptability to various seat molding processes.

3. Application

This product is mainly suitable for the mass production of ordinary passenger car seats, including the production of seat cushions, backrests, headrests and armrests of compact cars, mid-size cars and economy cars. It is suitable for automatic foaming molding processes such as pouring and spraying, and can be perfectly combined with seat covers (leather, fabric, etc.) after foaming. It is widely used in mainstream domestic and foreign passenger car brands, and can also be used in the production of commercial vehicle (van, truck) auxiliary seats. The foam formed by the product has moderate softness and hardness, good resilience and air permeability, which can effectively reduce the fatigue of passengers during long-distance travel, and has the advantages of low cost and stable quality, which is the preferred raw material for automobile seat manufacturers focusing on cost control.

4. Storage

1. Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and rain, the storage temperature should be controlled at 8℃~35℃, away from fire, heat sources and strong oxidants, and prevent moisture absorption and pollution. The warehouse should be kept clean and free from dust and corrosive gases.

2. Storage Period: Under sealed conditions, the storage period is 6 months from the date of production. If it exceeds the storage period, all performance indicators (especially viscosity, flame retardancy and VOC emission) need to be re-inspected, and it can be used only after passing the inspection.

3. Other Requirements: The product is packaged in sealed iron drums or plastic drums (200L/barrel). During storage and transportation, avoid violent collision, dumping and extrusion to prevent package damage; it should be used up within 5 days after opening, and the unused part should be tightly sealed and stored in a dry environment to prevent moisture absorption and performance degradation; wear protective gloves and masks during operation, keep the operating environment ventilated, and avoid direct skin contact and inhalation of volatile gases.
