It has ultra-low VOC emissions (residual monomer concentration can be lower than 1ppm) and no harmful substances such as formaldehyde. It is suitable for precision foaming molding processes such as vacuum pouring and precision pressing, and the formed foam has soft hand feel, excellent resilience and breathability, which can realize the customization of seat softness and hardness (supporting different hardness requirements of different parts of the seat). It is especially suitable for new energy vehicles that require low VOC, low odor and lightweight, and can meet the strict environmental protection and comfort requirements of high-end consumers. In addition, it can also be used in the production of high-end automobile child safety seats and seat cushions for special vehicles (ambulances, high-speed rail), which has broad application prospects.
1. Storage Environment: Store in a clean, cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, the storage temperature is controlled at 5℃~30℃, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humid environment, away from fire, heat sources and corrosive substances, and prevent dust and moisture from entering the package. The warehouse should be equipped with temperature and humidity monitoring equipment to ensure stable storage conditions.
2. Storage Period: Under sealed and intact packaging conditions, the storage period is 6 months from the date of production. If it exceeds the storage period, it is necessary to re-inspect indicators such as viscosity, hydroxyl value, VOC emission and flame retardancy, and it can be used only after passing the inspection.
3. Other Requirements: The product is packaged in food-grade sealed plastic drums (20L/barrel or 200L/barrel), which should be handled with care during storage and transportation to avoid collision, extrusion and package damage; it should be used up within 3 days after opening, and the unused part should be tightly sealed and stored in a low-temperature dry environment to prevent VOC volatilization and performance degradation; wear professional protective equipment (protective glasses, gloves, masks) during operation, keep the operating environment well-ventilated, and avoid long-term contact and inhalation of volatile gases.
