QHB-700 General-Purpose Combined Polyether for Pipeline Insulation

1. Description

This product is a general-purpose combined polyether specially designed for pipeline insulation, also known as two-component polyether. It is one of the core raw materials for rigid polyurethane foam, scientifically compounded with polyether monomers, foam stabilizers, crosslinking agents, catalysts, environmentally friendly physical foaming agents and other components. The product is a brownish-yellow viscous liquid with no obvious odor. It can quickly form rigid polyurethane foam when reacted with isocyanate (MDI/TDI), which has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, strong adhesion, good dimensional stability and convenient construction. It does not use CFC-11, basically does not damage the ozone layer, and has a small global warming potential. The foaming parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to the service environment, which is widely suitable for pipeline insulation projects under various conventional temperature conditions, with high cost performance and strong adaptability.

3. Application

This product is suitable for insulation and cold preservation projects of various conventional temperature (-20℃~80℃) pipelines in industrial and civilian fields, including: urban central heating pipe networks, building water supply and drainage pipelines, air conditioning and refrigeration pipelines, ordinary industrial process pipelines, supporting pipelines of small and medium-sized storage tanks, etc. It can adopt various construction methods such as spraying, casting and winding, and is suitable for factory prefabricated insulation pipe shells, on-site pipeline joint filling, pipeline external insulation layer spraying and other scenarios. It can be used not only as an insulation layer raw material alone, but also in combination with insulation sleeves and anti-corrosion layers, effectively reducing pipeline heat loss, with energy saving efficiency of 30-45% and extending pipeline service life.

4. Storage

1. Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources (temperature not exceeding 40℃), avoid direct sunlight and rain, and strictly prohibit being close to strong oxidants and acidic substances.

2. Storage Period: Under sealed conditions, the storage period is 6 months (from the date of production). Beyond the storage period, all indicators need to be re-inspected, and it can be used only after passing the inspection.

3. Other Requirements: The product should be stored in a sealed manner. It should be used up in time after opening. The unused part should be re-sealed to prevent moisture absorption and pollution; during storage and transportation, avoid violent collision and dumping to prevent package damage; wear protective gloves and masks during operation to avoid direct skin contact. If contact occurs accidentally, rinse with soapy water in time.
