1. Description

It can effectively reduce the pore size of the foam, resulting in a fine and smooth hand feel. This product combines the excellent properties of siloxane and polysiloxane, with good compatibility and dispersion in polyurethane foam systems, which can stably improve the quality of foam products without affecting the basic performance of the foam.

QHS-5806 is mainly used as a foam modifier in the production of medium and high-density flexible polyurethane foam. Its specific applications include:

• Production of high-quality flexible polyurethane foam: Suitable for manufacturing foam products that require fine pores and smooth hand feel, such as high-end sofa cushions, mattress fillers, and automotive seat foams.
• Special foam processing: It can be used in the production of functional flexible polyurethane foam, improving the foam's elasticity and durability while optimizing its appearance and touch.
• Foam product upgrading: It can be added to existing foam production formulas to improve the pore structure of the foam, solve the problems of large pores and rough hand feel, and enhance the market competitiveness of products.

4. Storage

• Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, open flames, and high temperatures (storage temperature: 5-30℃). Avoid contact with strong oxidants, acids, and alkalis to prevent chemical reactions.
• Packaging Requirements: The product is packed in sealed plastic barrels or iron drums. Ensure the packaging is intact during storage and transportation to prevent leakage and contamination.
• Shelf Life: Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of production. If the product exceeds the shelf life, it can be used only after passing the re-inspection.
• Transportation Notes: During transportation, avoid violent collision, extrusion, and exposure to sunlight and rain. It is classified as a non-dangerous goods, and transportation can be carried out in accordance with general chemical product regulations.
