QHS-5806 is a high-performance copolymer of siloxane and polysiloxane, specifically designed for the production of medium and high-density flexible polyurethane (PU) foam plastics. As a key additive in PU foam formulation, it plays a crucial role in optimizing the foam structure—it effectively reduces the cell size of the foam, resulting in a finer, more uniform pore distribution. Meanwhile, it significantly enhances the hand feel of the finished foam, making it soft, delicate and elastic, which greatly improves the overall quality and market competitiveness of the PU foam products. This product integrates the excellent properties of siloxane and polysiloxane, featuring good compatibility with other PU raw materials and stable performance during the foaming process, providing reliable support for the mass production of high-quality flexible PU foam.

QHS-5806 is mainly applied in the production of medium and high-density flexible polyurethane foam plastics, and its specific application scenarios include but are not limited to:

• Furniture foam: Used for manufacturing high-grade sofa cushions, mattress cores, and chair padding, which have a delicate hand feel and good resilience, improving the comfort of furniture.
• Automotive interior foam: Applied in the production of automotive seat cushions, headrests, and interior trim foams, meeting the requirements of automotive interior for environmental protection, odorlessness and comfort.
• Daily necessities foam: Used to make high-quality sponge products such as cleaning sponges, cosmetic sponges, and protective sponges, with fine pores and strong water absorption.
• Industrial foam: Suitable for the production of shock-absorbing foam, sound-insulating foam and other industrial auxiliary foam products, which have stable performance and long service life.
• The recommended dosage of QHS-5806 is 0.5-3.0 phr (parts per hundred resin), which can be appropriately adjusted according to the specific formula of PU foam, the required density and the production process to achieve the best use effect.

4. Storage

To ensure the stability and performance of QHS-5806, please follow the following storage requirements:

• Storage environment: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environment (the recommended storage temperature is 5-30℃). Do not place it near heat sources, open flames or strong oxidants, acids and alkalis.
• Packaging requirements: Keep the original packaging tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption, contamination and volatilization of the product. After each use, seal the packaging immediately to avoid contact with air and moisture.
• Shelf life: Under the recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of the unopened product is 12 months from the date of manufacture. If the product exceeds the shelf life, it can be retested, and if it meets the standard index, it can still be used.
• Transportation: It is transported as a non-hazardous chemical. During transportation, avoid collision, extrusion and exposure to rain and sun, and ensure the integrity of the packaging barrel.
