Qh-8310 High-Adhesion Flame-Retardant Sandwich Panel Rigid Foam Polyether (Suitable for High-Demand Sandwich Panels)
1. Description
This product is a high-end rigid foam polyether polyol for sandwich panels, made from sorbitol and amines as initiators, added with special flame-retardant additives and adhesion promoters. It is a light yellow viscous liquid, with excellent flame retardancy (GB 8624-2012 Class B1), high closed-cell rate (≥90%), strong bonding force with various panels (color steel, aluminum plate, cement board), and good water resistance and aging resistance. It is suitable for sandwich panels with high fire protection, high strength and long service life requirements, such as high-rise buildings and key projects.

3. Application
Core application scenarios:
- High-Rise Buildings: Production of sandwich panels for external walls and partitions of high-rise residential buildings and office buildings, which can delay fire spread and meet strict fire protection requirements.
- Key Projects: Sandwich panels for airports, hospitals, schools and stadiums, with high strength, good durability and long service life, adapting to the high standards of key projects.
- Special Industrial Buildings: Sandwich panels for chemical plants, dangerous goods warehouses and power stations, with flame retardancy, corrosion resistance and good insulation performance.
- Extended Applications: Production of high-end decorative sandwich panels and composite insulation panels for exterior walls, improving the overall performance of the building.
- Construction Instructions: Mix with special flame-retardant isocyanate at 1:1 (25℃), and use high-precision sandwich panel production line for pouring. Production temperature: 15~35℃, humidity <70%; strictly control the mixing ratio to ensure uniform foaming. Comply with GB 50404-2017 and GB 8624-2012; set up a special no-fire area on the production site.
4. Storage
- Storage Environment: Special cool and dry warehouse (5-30℃), away from fire, heat sources and direct sunlight, equipped with complete fire-fighting and explosion-proof facilities.
- Packaging: 200L corrosion-resistant sealed drums, marked with "Flame-Retardant" and "Sandwich Panel Special" warnings and product information.
- Shelf Life: 6 months; after expiration, it is necessary to re-test flame retardancy, hydroxyl value and bonding strength, and it can be used only after passing the test.
- Transportation: Use dangerous goods qualified vehicles, avoid high temperature and sun exposure, do not mix with flammables, oxidants and acids, and comply with national transportation regulations.
- Others: Operators must wear protective equipment (gloves, goggles, masks); if it splashes into eyes, rinse with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes and seek medical advice in time; waste materials and packaging drums must be disposed of in accordance with environmental protection regulations.
