QH-8345 Rigid Foam Polyether for Refrigerator Insulation (Suitable for Ordinary Household Refrigerators)

1. Description

This product is a general-purpose rigid foam polyether polyol specially developed for household refrigerator insulation, using sucrose and glycerol as initiators, polymerized with propylene oxide, and compounded with appropriate catalysts, foaming aids and adhesion promoters. It is a colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid, non-toxic, non-irritating, and meets the environmental protection standards for home appliances. It has excellent thermal insulation performance, good compatibility with isocyanate, fast foaming speed and uniform foam pore size, which can perfectly fit the inner liner and shell of refrigerators (ABS, PP, steel plates), forming a seamless, lightweight and high-strength insulation layer. It is suitable for factory prefabricated foaming of ordinary household refrigerators, freezers and small cold storage cabinets, with low density and excellent fluidity, ensuring the insulation effect and energy-saving performance of household refrigerators.

3. Application

Core application scenarios:

  • Household Refrigerators: Prefabricated foaming insulation for the inner liner and interlayer of ordinary household refrigerators, freezers, and small vertical freezers, improving thermal insulation performance and reducing energy consumption, meeting national energy efficiency standards.
  • Small Cold Storage Equipment: Insulation of small commercial cold storage cabinets, display freezers in supermarkets and convenience stores, ensuring stable low temperature inside the equipment and reducing energy loss.
  • Auxiliary Applications: Insulation of refrigeration components of small household refrigeration equipment, such as compressor casings and refrigeration pipelines, preventing condensation and improving equipment operation efficiency.
  • Construction Instructions: It is mainly used for factory prefabricated foaming. Mix with ordinary isocyanate at 1:1 (25℃), pour into the refrigerator liner and shell mold, and foam and cure. Construction temperature: 15~35℃, humidity <75%; the foam curing time is ≥24h before assembly. Comply with GB 50264-2013 and GB/T 21514-2018 (household refrigerator insulation material standards).

4. Storage

  • Storage Environment: Cool, ventilated, dry warehouse (5-35℃), away from fire and heat sources, with explosion-proof and fire-fighting facilities, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature exposure.
  • Packaging: 200L sealed iron drums, marked with "Refrigerator Insulation Special", "Non-Toxic Environmental Protection" and product information, and labeled with transportation and storage precautions.
  • Shelf Life: 6 months under standard storage conditions; re-test key indicators (hydroxyl value, moisture, bonding strength) before use after expiration.
  • Transportation: Handle with care, avoid collision and leakage, do not mix with oxidants and acids, and comply with national dangerous goods transportation regulations; avoid extrusion during transportation to prevent viscosity changes.
  • Others: Regularly check the tightness of the drum; if it comes into contact with skin, rinse with plenty of water immediately; properly dispose of waste materials and packaging drums in accordance with environmental protection regulations, and avoid pollution to the environment.
