QH-6205 Pipeline Insulation Rigid Foam Polyether (Suitable for Ordinary Civil/Industrial Pipes)
1. Description
This product is a general-purpose rigid foam polyether polyol specially developed for pipeline insulation, made from sucrose and glycerol as initiators polymerized with propylene oxide, combined with appropriate catalysts, foaming aids and adhesion promoters. It is a colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid, non-toxic and non-flammable (GB 8624-2012 Class B2), with excellent thermal insulation, adhesion and dimensional stability. It has good compatibility with isocyanate, fast foaming speed and uniform foam pore size, which can perfectly fit the outer surface of various pipelines (steel pipes, PVC pipes, PE pipes), forming a seamless insulation layer. It is suitable for factory prefabrication and on-site spraying of ordinary civil and industrial pipeline insulation, with excellent fluidity even at low density, ensuring good mechanical performance.

3. Application
Core application scenarios:
- Civil Pipeline Insulation: Thermal insulation of water supply and drainage pipelines, heating pipelines and air conditioning pipelines in residential buildings, office buildings and commercial complexes, reducing energy loss and preventing pipeline condensation.
- General Industrial Pipelines: Insulation of ordinary fluid transportation pipelines in workshops, warehouses and logistics centers, such as water pipelines, compressed air pipelines, with light weight and easy construction.
- Auxiliary Applications: Insulation of temporary pipelines in construction sites, simple water supply and drainage pipelines in rural areas, adapting to on-site spraying and rapid construction needs.
- Construction Instructions: It can be used for both factory prefabrication and on-site spraying. Mix with ordinary isocyanate at 1:1 (25℃); for prefabrication, pour into the pipeline insulation mold; for on-site spraying, use high-pressure spraying equipment. Construction temperature: 10~40℃, humidity <75%; the foam curing time is ≥24h before subsequent construction. Comply with GB 50264-2013 and GB 50404-2017.
4. Storage
- Storage Environment: Cool, ventilated, dry (5-35℃), away from fire and heat sources, with explosion-proof and fire-fighting facilities, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Packaging: 200L sealed iron drums, marked with "Pipeline Insulation Special" and product information, and labeled with transportation and storage precautions.
- Shelf Life: 6 months under standard storage conditions; re-test the key indicators (hydroxyl value, moisture, bonding strength) before use after expiration.
- Transportation: Handle with care, avoid collision and leakage, do not mix with oxidants and acids, and comply with national dangerous goods transportation regulations; avoid extrusion during transportation to prevent viscosity changes.
- Others: Regularly check the tightness of the drum; if it comes into contact with skin, rinse with plenty of water immediately; properly dispose of waste materials and packaging drums in accordance with environmental protection regulations.
