QH-8670 Rigid Foam Polyether for Wood Imitation (Suitable for Ordinary Indoor & Outdoor Wood Imitation Products)
1. Description
This product is a general-purpose rigid foam polyether polyol specially developed for wood imitation products, using sucrose and glycerol as initiators, polymerized with propylene oxide, and compounded with wood texture simulation additives, catalysts, foaming aids and adhesion promoters. It is a light yellow to yellow viscous liquid, non-toxic, odorless, and meets national environmental protection standards for building and decoration materials. It has excellent foam rigidity, good machinability (sawable, nailable, planable), and the foamed product has a texture similar to natural wood, with moderate density, good impact resistance and dimensional stability. It is compatible with ordinary isocyanate, has stable foaming performance and uniform pore size, and is suitable for the production of ordinary indoor and outdoor wood imitation products, replacing natural wood to reduce resource consumption, with high cost performance and wide applicability.

3. Application
Core application scenarios:
- Indoor Wood-Imitated Products: Production of indoor wood-imitated furniture (chairs, tables, cabinets), decorative lines, wall panels, door frames and window frames, with wood-like texture, light weight and easy installation, suitable for home decoration, hotel and office decoration.
- Outdoor Ordinary Wood-Imitated Products: Production of low-cost outdoor wood-imitated railings, flower trellises, trash bins, road signs and small landscape decorations, with certain weather resistance and corrosion resistance, adapting to general outdoor environments (avoid long-term exposure to strong sunlight and heavy rain).
- Auxiliary Applications: Filling and shaping of wood-based composite materials, repair of natural wood products, and production of wood-imitated crafts, with good machinability and compatibility with wood materials.
- Construction Instructions: Suitable for factory molding and on-site foaming. Mix with ordinary isocyanate at 1:1.2 (25℃), add appropriate wood powder (optional) to enhance wood texture, pour into the mold and foam and cure. Construction temperature: 15~35℃, humidity <75%; the foam curing time is ≥24h before demolding and processing. Comply with GB 50210-2018 (decorative engineering construction standards) and GB/T 24508-2009 (wood imitation plastic products standards).
4. Storage
- Storage Environment: Cool, ventilated, dry warehouse (5-35℃), away from fire and heat sources, with explosion-proof and fire-fighting facilities, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature exposure, preventing viscosity change.
- Packaging: 200L sealed iron drums, marked with "Wood Imitation Special", "Non-Toxic and Environmentally Friendly" and product information, and labeled with transportation and storage precautions.
- Shelf Life: 6 months under standard storage conditions; re-test key indicators (hydroxyl value, moisture, foaming density) before use after expiration.
- Transportation: Handle with care, avoid collision and leakage, do not mix with oxidants and acids, and comply with national dangerous goods transportation regulations; avoid extrusion during transportation.
- Others: Regularly check the tightness of the drum; if it comes into contact with skin, rinse with plenty of water immediately; properly dispose of waste materials and packaging drums in accordance with environmental protection regulations, and avoid pollution to the environment.
